Christmas

This year we stayed home in Nevada for Christmas. We really enjoyed relaxing and hanging out with our family. We had a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner, it took a while to make it all so I had to take a picture of it. :) We followed the Hooge tradition and read the Nativity story from Luke 2 and sang some Christmas songs. We opened one present, which was pjs from Grandma, we put them on and took a family picture. On Christmas our kids woke up at 6am. They were so excited to see the stockings and presents (we didn't put them under the tree until Christmas because Hudson was too curious to let the presents sit underneath the tree untouched). haha. Our kids loved it and we had a fun time watching them. Christmas afternoon we spent some time with our good friends here and enjoyed being with their family.

Thanks Stacie! Harrison just recently took a pair of scissors to his pj's... so sad! By the way do you mind sending me an invite to your blog again, for some reason I am not able to access your blog any more. Good to hear from you!

It's kind of fun to stay home with the smaller family every now and again. It looks like a great Christmas!
